Return Policy
Eligibility and Your Request
Eligible returns are available within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Standard returns generally require unused, original-condition goods, original parts/accessories, packaging where reasonably possible, and purchase proof/order information. Email service@qjvxzp.com before shipping; include order number, item, reason, and relevant photos/videos. Approval determines instructions and warehouse address; do not automatically use the registered address.
Costs and Product Problems
For preference/change-of-mind returns unrelated to product or fulfillment issues, customers generally pay return freight. Promptly report damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods with order details and relevant visual evidence. Where attributable to the product or our fulfillment, review determines an appropriate replacement, refund, or return without additional customer costs arising from that error.
Inspection and Refunds
Returned goods may be inspected for eligibility. After approved goods are received and inspected, refunds normally take 5β10 business days to the original payment method; banks/providers may take longer to display them.
Cancellation
Contact us promptly. We reasonably attempt cancellation before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee it once fulfillment or shipping starts. Successfully canceled pre-fulfillment orders carry no cancellation fee.
