Terms and Conditions
Ordering and Checkout
Purchases at qjvxzp.com are governed by these terms. Submit accurate details and use an authorized payment method. Orders may be reviewed, declined, or canceled for suspected fraud, failed payment, pricing/inventory/technical errors, legal restrictions, or legitimate operational reasons. Checkout shows prices, discounts, shipping, applicable taxes, totals, and payment options; authorization and security checks apply.
Product Information and Offers
We aim for accurate descriptions; screens, lighting, manufacturing, or reasonable factors may cause minor appearance differences. Promotion-specific eligibility, expiry, product restrictions, and conditions apply. Genuine errors may be corrected; materially affected submitted orders receive an explanation and available resolution.
Fulfillment and Shipping
Processing normally takes 2β4 business days after payment, up to 5 during holidays, promotions, or high volume. Standard supported U.S. transit generally takes 10β15 business days after dispatch. Checkout calculates shipping. Inventory, location, and destination determine our or partner fulfillment.
Returns, Cancellation, and Problems
Eligible returns have a 30-calendar-day window after confirmed delivery under the Return Policy. Approved refunds generally take 5β10 business days after receipt/inspection, to the original method. Request cancellation promptly before fulfillment: we make reasonable efforts, but cannot guarantee it afterward; successful pre-fulfillment cancellation is free. Report damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods with order details and relevant visual evidence; review determines a reasonable replacement, refund, or return.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Purchase questions: service@qjvxzp.com.
